Determining suitable salaries and remuneration. Trying to know how much a person should earn, seems like a tough task. You don’t want to pay them to little where you are taking advantage of them or paying them to much where it could become a financial problem.

Hi, we have similar responses so I do not really have a lot to say. I think what we can discuss the most is the question about the most challenging responsibility. I said it would be hiring people because you cannot be sure of their performance unless you give them an opportunity but sometimes the wrong person on the wrong position can create problems, even so, what you say is very interesting, I guess settling salaries can be so hard because you have to find the balance between what the worker needs and what the company can offer, but being honest I think no one will ever be satisfied.
ReplyDeleteHi Carlos, I think you have really good responses in this task, I agree with you in all of them, but for the responsibility that I think is more challenging it may be when hiring people because the managers have to select one person from Manny others that have good CV, so I think it can be more challenging.
