Consumer law involves all of the regulations and statutes that seek to create a more equitable balance for buyers in the marketplace and prevent sellers from using dishonest tactics. Both state
and federal laws play a role in regulating consumer law. These laws range from
prohibiting false advertising and imposing product safety measures to
regulating debt collection practices and protecting consumers’ identifying

Hello, I have read your answers, I would like to start with your definition of the organizational law, I found that you chose excellent words so that the reader can understand the meaning and most of all, that it is understandable in the most practical way possible. The phrase "this could also refer as several rules that maintain peace within the organization", is something that had not crossed my mind, I mean the sense it has.
ReplyDeleteTo be honest, the law that most caught my attention of those we have investigated, was the consumer law, since it is something in which we are all immersed, since we are children, so it is essential that companies care about us, about the environment, about animals and not just for profit. What do you think about it?
Thanks for sharing!

ReplyDeleteI believe that health at work is very important and should be something more reviewed by the institutions. Keeping staff healthy gets the job done as well as possible. Both physical and mental health make a person their best.
